摘要
以鄱阳湖泥鳅头肾为材料,通过体内注射植物血凝素(PHA)经短期培养后,活体注射秋水仙素,空气干燥制片法制作染色体玻片标本,对泥鳅的染色体组型进行分析。结果表明:其二倍体染色体数目2n=50。核型公式有两种,分别是:8m+6sm+36t,NF=64;8m+6sm+2st+34t,NF=64。
The chromosome karyotype of Misgurnus anguillicandatus is investigated from kidney tissues by PHA and colchicines injection and in an air drying method. The analysis results show:the diploid number of the chromosomes is SO,the karyotype has two kinds:8m + 6sm + 36t,NF = 64;8m + 6sm + 2st + 34t,NF=64.
