摘要 本文利用化学复合镀技术制备出Ni-P-PTFE-SiC四元复合镀层,研究了镀层的形貌、硬度、耐磨性等特性,并与Ni-P化学镀层、Ni-P-SiC化学复合镀层、Ni-P-PTFE化学复合镀层进行比较,分析了加入SiC、PTFE对Ni-P镀层性能的影响.结果表明,Ni-P-PTFE-SiC复合镀层具有硬度高、自润滑性好等优点。当Ni-P-PTFE-SiC四元复合镀层的制备条件为PTFE添加量6~8ml·L-1,SiC添加量8~10g·L-1,镀液的pH为4.4~4.8,施镀温度88~90℃时,镀层的硬度为701,平均摩擦系数为0.53. The paper prepares Ni-P-PTFE-SiC composite coating by electroless composite plating,studies on the configuration,hardness,friction and SEM morphology of Ni-P-PTFE-SiC composite coating and compares it with Ni-P electroless coating, Ni-P-SiC composite coating and Ni-P-PTFE composite coating and analyzes the effect of SiC and PTFE on Ni-P electroless coating .The result shows Ni-P-PTFE-SiC composite coating has higher hardness, lower friction coefficient and self-lubricating, etc. When the preparation conditions of Ni-P-PTFE-SiC composite coating are at 6-8 ml·L^-1 of polytetafluoroethylene, 8-10 g·L^-1 of silicon carbide, pH=4.4-4.8, T=88-90℃, the hardness is 70 1 and average friction coefficient is 0.53.
