构建矿区可持续“和谐”的发展模式

Establishing Sustainable and Harmonious Development Model of Mine Zone

党的十六届四中全会提出“和谐社会”的概念,标志着中国开始步入一个强调可持续发展的、全新的发展阶段,因此,对于矿业而言,如何实现矿区可持续和谐发展成为值得探究的问题。文章在对矿区可持续“和谐”发展认识的基础上,引入矿区RESE系统对构成矿区可持续和谐发展的具体内容加以阐释,同时探索性地提出不同条件下的矿区可持续“和谐”发展模式。

With the concept of a harmonious and well-off society put forward at the Fourth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, it means that China begins to step into a new phase in which sustainable development would be more emphasized. So, in the field of mining industry, the issue about how to implement sustainable and harmonious development in mine zone would deserve to be researched or concerned, this paper analyzes what the detailed content of sustainable and harmonious development of mine zone is, which would be based on RESE system. In addition, the paper also puts forward some sustainable development models of mine zone according to different conditions.
