简要介绍新制定的冷水机组和公共建筑国家能效标准。估计2006—2010五年内将新增公共建筑约一亿m2,并进行了采用不同能效等级冷水机组的效益分析。希望尽快出台世博会建筑节能设计标准。

The new national standards of energy efficiency for water chillers and public buildings have been briefly introduced. In the period 2006 -2010, the pubilc buidldings in Shanghai will increase nearly 100 million m2, and in case of the water chillers with different energy efficiency grade the benefit analysis has been carried out. The 'Energy saving standard for expo buildings 'is expected to be come on as soon as possible.
