四逆汤保护缺血心肌功能的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF PROTECTIVE EFFECTS OF SINI DECOCTION ON FUNCTIONS OF ISCHEMIC MYOCARDIUM

本研究在Ｌａｎｇｅｎｄｏｒｆｆ心脏灌流模型上观察了四逆汤（ＳＤ）对缺血心肌功能的保护作用，结果表明：ＳＤ可提高缺血心肌的电兴奋程度，减少心律失常的发生率，加强缺血心肌的收缩功能。ＳＤ的上述保护作用可能与其改善缺血心肌自由基反应有关。此外，ＳＤ尚有扩张冠脉，增加冠脉流量的作用。

Wu Wekang Yao Hongbing Hou Can Lo Hanchuan The protective effects of Sini decoction(SD,四逆汤)on the functions of ischemic myocardium,(IM )were studied on Langendorff s perfusion modelof rats, Results indicate that SD tan enhance electric excitation,reduce incidence of arrhythmia,and strengthen contractlon of IM. The above effects of SDmay be related to the improved free radical reaction in MI by SD,Besidea,SD can dilate coronary artery and increase blcod flow of coronary artery.
