摘要
从经济学和管理学的角度对时下热点的球员薪酬问题进行分析,指出由足协直接调节球员薪酬的做法的不合理性,目前造成我国球员超高薪酬的主要原因是后备力量的严重不足,俱乐部国有企业背景的存在,建议迅速组成中超职业联盟,来管理球员薪酬等一应微观问题。在球员薪酬管理上,可借鉴NBA工资帽的做法。
From the angle of economics and management,the paper analyzes the salary problem of professional soccer players in China,and points out its unproperation of football association's direct management in player's salary problem.It also points out that lack of reserve talents and existence of state enterprise background in some clubs results in the too much high salary of professional players in china.It suggests that the league should be achieved as soon as possible in the management of player's salary problem and other problems.The salary cap of NBA can be used for reference in the management of player's salary.
