摘要
采用录像观察法和数理统计法,对2004年12届欧洲杯和第13届亚洲杯比赛中部分是否属于越位的真实案例进行统计、比较、分析,找出越位误判的根本原因,旨在为越位判罚的“新精神”的执行提供理论支撑和参考依据。
In order to find out the basic reasons for the wrong penalizing off-side,this paper makes a comparative Study on the truth happened in the 2004 Europe Cup and the 13th Asian Cup by the methods of statistics and literature review.The aim is to provide the reference for the new rule performing of the off-side.
