流式细胞仪分析益髓灵对MDS患者T细胞亚群的影响

在临床应用研究的同时，利用流式细胞仪分析了益髓灵对骨髓增生异常综合征（ＭＤＳ）患者Ｔ细胞亚群的影响，结果显示服用益髓灵后能明显提高患者外周血Ｔ４细胞数，降低Ｔ８细胞数，调整Ｔ４／Ｔ８比例。提示益髓灵可能具有调节ＭＤＳ患者免疫功能的作用。

S)prore that Ysl can prolong surlival duration, deerease the rate of evolation to Aall.During our Climealstady,We analyized the in fluence of Ysl on blood T- Cell in Patients With MDS by Fcm,The results reveal that Ysl can increase T- Cell (T4)and de-crease T-cell/(T8) ,and then adjust the value of T4/T8.
