摘要
根据ASME最新规范要求,确定了-253℃工作温度下的高压容器的合适的焊接方法,根据焊接试验设计和优化了焊接坡口形式;在大量焊接材料试验的基础上选定了焊接材料及供货商,尤其是在液氢容器制造中采用国产的AT-316L焊条,实现了在超低温领域焊接材料的国产化,填补了国内空白。通过工艺评定试验,获得了优良的焊接试验结果;在制造过程中,通过了无损检测,水压试验、液氮深冷处理和气压试验,成功地制造了壁厚110mm的超低温压力容器。
According to the updated ASME code, applicable welding process of high pressure vessel is determined at -253 working temp, the welding groove type is designed and optimized based on the process; welding material and suppliers are decided on the basis of a great number of welding material testing, particularly, the civilized AT-316L electrode is applied in liquid hydrogen vessel manufacturing, the civilization of welding material in super-low temp. field is realized, which filled the domestic gap and is of great significance. Through welding procedure qualification tests, excellent testing results are obtained; in the process of manufacturing, NDT, water pressure testing, deep-cooling with liquid nitrogen at -196 , air pressure testing were successfully carried out, super-low-temp. stainless pressure vessel with wall thickness of 110 mm were successfully manufactured.
