摘要
某公司为年产40000t差别化腈纶技术改造项目承制一台醋酸去除塔再沸器。该设备的使用介质腐蚀性较强,为此,设计上选用了904L不锈钢,本文经可焊性分析后,从焊接材料、焊接工艺参数的选择入手,进行了焊接工艺性试验,找出了合适的焊接规范,并在实际产品的焊接中进行了严格的质量控制,使该产品的制造顺利完成。
Some company manufactured an acetic acid removal column reboiler which belongs to 40000 MTPY of differential acrylic fibres for Jilin qifeng chemical fiber Co.,Ltd.,The corrosive medium in this installation are powerful ,for this reason ,in design we choose the stainless steel of 904L.The paper begins with the analysis of weldability ,through the selection of the welding materials and welding technology parameters ,the welding technology experiments are carried on and find out the appropriate welding .Moreover, in the actual product ,welding has been carried on such rigorous quality control that the product has been yielded successfully.
