摘要
当代世界科学技术迅猛发展的态势和我国青少年科技普及的现状,要求我们必须积极加强青少年科普教育,培养青少年的科技素质。改革现行的教育体制,是做好这项工作的关键因素之一。
Nowadays, the global situation that science and technology are developing rapidly, and the present situation of popular science among youth in our country require that we must strengthen popular science education on youth and develop their scientific and technological qualities. Reforming the present education system is one of the critical elements to realize the aim.
