摘要
在不饱和耐热聚酯树脂的基础上,采用引入亚胺基团封端技术,减少活性基团,优化主链结构,制得一种亚胺改性不饱和耐热聚酯H级无溶剂浸渍漆,对其进行了贮存稳定性、干燥性和电气强度等常规性能测试,并检测了介质损耗因数和分子量分布等,用红外光谱、热失重等方法对其分子结构进行了表征。结果表明:这种无溶剂浸渍漆具有良好的贮存稳定性、耐高温、介质损耗因数低和分子量分布窄等特点,能够满足高压电机对无溶剂浸渍漆的要求。
A kind of class H unsaturated polyester-imide solventless impregnating varnish for high-voltage motor was investigated in the paper.The regular property of this varnish was studied by FT-IR,TGA and dielectric loss factor(tanδ)etc.The results indicate that this varnish has excellent heat resistance,low dielectric loss factor,and good storage ability,which meet the requirements of varnish for high voltage motor well.
