大型预焙电解槽短路口绝缘故障分析

通过分析中铝青海分公司第三电解厂200kA大型预焙电解槽短路口绝缘情况,找出了连续5台电解槽短路口发生短路故障的原因,提出了科学有效的绝缘装置改造方案,并实施技术改造,消除了事故隐患,运行表明效果良好,保证了正常生产。

This article discusses the insulation situation of insulation intersection that lies in200kA large-scale prebaked cell in the3rd potline of Qinghai Branch of Chalco.,by analysis the reason of short-circuit occurred in insulation intersection of5pots,which the fault successively happened since they were put into operation from January2002,the effective modification scheme of insulation device was put forward and the running results of before and after the modification were given.
