摘要
国家级经济技术开发区是中国改革开放的产物,是中国经济发展新的增长点。中国国家级经济技术开发区成立20多年来经济规模和水平的快速发展,离不开产业集群的形成与发展。本文对国家级经济技术开发区产业集群的形成机制、效果和存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了产业集群可持续发展的政策建议。
State-level economic and technological development zones (ETDZs) are products of China's reform and opening-up policies and a new engine of growth for the Chinese economy. The rapid growth of state-level ETDZs in the last two decades can't be attained without the formation and development of industrial clusters. This study analyzes the formation mechanism, effect and existing problems of the industrial clusters of state-level ETDZs and puts forwards policy suggestions for sustainable development of industrial clusters.
