摘要
六西格玛理论的实践给GE,摩托罗拉等世界著名公司带来了巨大经济效益,其重要性已引起包括我国在内许多行业的广泛重视。然而在一些文献中对六西格玛概念及基本参数的解读存在误区。有鉴于此,文章以严谨的数学推理并借助计算机专用软件,准确界定和修正了一些数值上的错误。在此基础上,还导出一组线性回归模型,简化了对不同西格玛管理水平的判定程序,为六西格玛管理理论在我国各领域的推广应用提供了便利条件。
Six sigma theory has been widely valued by many industries in the world and also in China, since its application has brought great changes to many world famous companies like GE, Motorola, etc. But there exist some misunderstandings about its conceptions and basic parameters in the current literature of science and management. For this reason, we give a precise definition of the theory with the help of a professional software and correct some mistakes in calculation through mathematical reasoning. In addition, a series of simple line-regression models are worked out, which simplify the deterministic process of the quality control level and create conditions for the application of six sigma theory in China.
