摘要
随高新技术产业在国民经济中的地位日益提高,高新技术产业对劳动就业的影响已成为理论界争论的问题。对此有两种不同的观点,一种观点认为高新技术产业的发展将减少就业机会;对立的观点认为高新技术产业的发展会拓展就业空间,增加就业机会。本文通过对1995年和2002年北京市高新技术产业——传统产业投入产出表的分析,最终得出了高新技术产业会增加就业机会的结论。
As the position of the new high-tech industry rises increasingly in national economy, the influence of the new high-tech industry on employment has been argued in academic field. There are two kinds of different standpoints to this: one holds that the development of the new high-tech industry will reduce the employment opportunities, the other holds that the development of the new high-tech industry will expand the space of employment, and increase the employment opportunities. This paper finally gets the conclusion that the development of new high-tech industry will increase the employment opportunities through analysis of the new high-tech industry sector -- traditional industry sector input-output table of Beijing of 1995 and 2002.
