摘要 以高含氢硅油为原料,采用调聚法制备低含氢硅油;同时,以丙烯醇为起始剂、碱为催化剂,进行环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷的开环共聚,制成端烯丙基聚氧烯醚;再用端烯丙基聚氧烯醚对低含氢硅油进行接枝改性,获得聚醚改性聚硅氧烷;以改性后的聚醚聚硅氧烷为主要原料,筛选合适的乳化剂、增稠剂制备出高效的消泡剂。 gen-containing silicone fluid as material; while polyoxyalkylene was prepared with propenol as initiator and sodium hydroxide as catalyst; then polyoxyalkylene was used to the graft modification of the low hydrogen-containing silicone fluid. The polyether-modified polysiloxane was synthesized with octamethylcyclotetra-siloxane(D_4) and high hydrogen-containing polyhydrosiloxanes as materials. The highly active defoaming agent was made by the modified polyether-polysiloxane as material and the proper emulsifier.
