摘要
激光深熔焊中侧吹保护气体方法用于降低等离子体中的电子密度抑制等离子体,TIG中活性焊剂也有吸收电子的作用。在此就活性剂对激光焊接等离子体的影响进行了初步研究。试验时,在同一焊接规范下,对涂覆和不涂覆活性剂的两种不锈钢试件分别进行焊接,同时,利用三维同步摄影方法对焊接过程中等离子体的变化进行了记录。经过分析发现,激光焊接中的等离子体得到了有效抑制,变化也趋于平缓;并且焊缝熔深增大,熔宽变窄。
The method of blow,side protecting gas in laser deep welding is used to reduce the electronic density of plasma,also,the active flux in TIG can absorb electron.Impact of active pharmaceutical to laser weldings plasma is carried.At the experiment,under the same welding condition,two stainless steels which one has active pharmaceutical coating and another has not are welded respectively,meanwhile,the change of plasma in welding procsess is recorded with three,dimension synchronism photography.By analyzing,the plasma in laser welding is suppressed,the change towards stability,the depth of seam is increased and the width of seam becomes narrow.
