摘要
以双羧基封端尼龙1212和双羟基封端聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)为原料,进行了PA1212-b-PTMG嵌段共聚物的催化反应动力学研究,求得了不同催化剂催化下的表观活化能,其动力学数据符合二级反应。并进一步分析了不同催化剂的催化机理,研究了催化剂浓度和反应温度对实验的影响。通过红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱,分析了产物的结构。
The synthetic reaction kinetic of PA1212-b-PTMG segmented block copolymers based on α,ω-dicarboxy-polyamide-1212 (PA1212dC) and α,ω-dihydroxy-polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) was investigated. The study compared the effects of different catalysts and different temperature on the polyesterification reaction, and the apparent activation energies of different catalysts were obtained. The reaction mechanism and the influence of catalysts concentration have been discussed. In addition, the structure of products were analyzed by FT-IR and ~1H-NMR.
