摘要
以2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)和2,4,5-三氯苯氧乙酸(2,4,5-T)作为模型药物,通过测定囊药体系的水溶胀程度、载药量、囊化效率和释放速率,研究了淀粉/PVA囊材对含羧基类除草剂的缓释特性,探讨了淀粉品种、PVA含量、PVA分子量、PVA醇解度和载药量对该除草剂缓释性能的影响。实验结果表明,淀粉/PVA囊材的缓释性能明显优于原淀粉囊材。
By encapsulating 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic or 2,4,5-trichlorophenoxyacetic acids within starches or starch/PVA matrice, the behaviors of the matrice for slow release were evaluated. The behaviors were evaluated in terms of swellability in water, herbicide content, encapsulation efficiency, and the rates of herbicides released. The influences of starch source, PVA content, molecular weights, hydrolysis degree of PVA, and herbicide content were investigated. It is demonstrated that the behaviors of starch/PVA matrix are superior to those of starch one.
