用酶联免疫吸附试验对猪瘟免疫及抗体效价监测的效果分析

为切实了解、掌握个体规模养猪场猪瘟免疫情况,使猪瘟等动物重大疾病得到更好控制,2003年8月,我们就两个个体养猪场随机抽取了90头猪血清,用酶联免疫吸附试验检测其抗体效价,并对有关情况进行了进一步的分析。结果表明,两个猪场猪瘟免疫结果不够理想,还需进一步加大力度,采取切实有效措施,提高猪只的有效免疫率,确保养猪业健康发展。

In order to know and master the situation of immunity about the classical swine fever in the pig's farms in our county,and get the better control of the disease such as the classical swine tever.In August 2003,the Animal's disease diagnosis center of the county extracted random about 90 pig's serum in some pig's farms in our county,and used the ELISA to test the effect of antibody.It concludede that the immunity of classicsl swine fevev are not satisfactory,and we should do it better.
