Based on the theory of close nature forestry and the requirement of ecology and landscape ecology the paper studies the ecological management plan that is suitable for succession theory.The author also probes into other things like ecological and economic combination,synergy of forestry,agriculture,water conservancy and city construction,dynamic analysis and project management,so that the plan is in accord with the objective laws of ecological recovery.
