“肠疡宁”灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎51例临床观察

Observation on Chang Yang Nin in the Treatment of 51 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis

本文报道用中药“肠疡宁”保留灌肠治疗经纤维结肠镜确诊为溃疡性结肠炎患者51例,与锡类散对照组30例对比.结果表明,治疗组总有效率为96.1%,无效率3.9%;对照组总有效率36.7%,无效率63.8%,经统计学处理P<0.001,二者有显著差异.

This article reports on 51 cases of ulcerative colitis diagnosed by fibro-colonoscopy and treated with Chang Yang Nin enema, and another 30 cases treated with Xi Lei San enema for comparison. Results showed that the total effective rate was96. 1% in Chang Yang Nin group and 36. 7% in Xi Lei San group. Statistics suggested significant difference between two groups (p<0. 001).Chang Yang Nin is composed of Radix Astragali Seu Hedysari, Catechu, etc. with effects of invigorating vital energy , activating blood , relieving carbuncle, promoting tissue regeneration and so on.Animal experiments showed that this drug can promote epithelial tissue regeneration and restore secretion of goblet cells, thus promoting the recovery of colon ulcer.
