摘要
研究了微波辐射SnCl4·5H2O催化α-蒎烯异构化反应,考察了催化剂用量、溶剂、微波辐射功率和时间对反应的影响。其较佳反应条件是:SnCl4·5H2O0.7g,α-蒎烯10mL,苯20mL,微波辐射功率为600W,辐射时间6min,α-蒎烯异构转化率为86.8%。结果表明:微波辐射对SnCl4·5H2O催化α蒎烯异构化反应具有很大的促进作用。
Isomerization of α-pinene catalyzed by SnCl_4·5H_2O under microwave irradiation was studied.The influences of catalyst amount,solvents and power and time of microwave irradiation on conversion and selectivity of products were investigated.Under optimum reaction conditions (SnCl_4·5H_2O,0.7 g;α-pinene,10 mL;benzene,20 mL;microwave power,600 W;microwave irradiation time,6 min),the conversion of α-pinene was 86.8%.The results show that microwave irradiation accelerates the isomerization of α-pinene considerably in the presence of SnCl_4·5H_2O catalyst.
