摘要
改革开放以来,县乡经济得到快速发展,但与此同时,县乡政府债务风险集聚为下一步经济的持续发展埋下了隐患。近年来,因基层政府债务而引发的社会矛盾屡见报端,已引起社会广泛关注。以重庆市铜梁县政府债务调查为依据,分析政府债务风险形成机理,并从已取得的改革实践中,提出防范和化解基层政府债务风险的对策。
After reform and opening up,the county economy has kept developing very fast.However,the accumulation of county government's debt risks is the hidden trouble for the further development of local economy.Recently,there have been many social contradictions in the newspaper,many of which are induced by government debt risk,and have been concerned by the mass.Based on the investigation of some county's government debt in the city of Chongqing,the article analyzes its forming mechanism,at the same time,the author also puts forward some policy suggestions to prevent the risks.
