摘要
对106份引进及自育甘蔗品种的10个农艺性状进行因子分析,选出了4个公因子,其方差累计贡献率达84．097％。以4个公因子为综合指标对106份甘蔗品种进行系统聚类,结果聚成17类。各类性状差异明显,可为选配亲本组合时提供参考。
Factor analysis was performed for 10 agronomic traits of 106 sugarcane varieties to select the top 4 factors whose cumulative contribution of variance accounted to 84.097%. Using the top 4 factors for indexes, the 106 sugarcane varieties were grouped in 17 clusters by hierarchical clustering method. Each group had features obviously different from each other, which would offer reference for selecting parental combination.
