降低能耗的蔗渣干燥和甘蔗提汁技术的新进展 被引量:3

New Development Technology of Bagasse Drying and Extraction of Cane Juice with Respect to Energy Conservation

摘要 从糖厂降低能耗考虑,讨论可较有效地降低煤耗的蔗渣干燥和降低电耗的提汁技术新发展。过去用烟道气干燥蔗渣因鼓风机电耗大等原因限制了使用,近年瑞典应用炯的概念,用过热汽代替烟道气,解决了电耗问题,使煤耗降低达20%。对渗出法与压榨法在投资、电耗等方面进行了比较,近年渗出法解决了存在的问题后,在国际上形成了为新建或扩建厂所广泛采用的倾向。同时,介绍了新发展的多级轻压法和应用动态传质和排去蔗丝空气的雷伐尔法在国外及我国研究的情况。新工艺可比压榨法减少投资50%,降低电耗60%。为今后我国扩建中型糖厂和生产燃料酒精的低投资、低电耗甘蔗提汁车间提供新技术服务。 It is the intention of this paper to discuss over the more potent devices of energy conservation by reducing the coal consumption through bagasse drying and electricity consumption through juice extraction new technology. Formerly, bagasse drying by using flue gas had been limited due to high consumption of electricity. Now in Sweden, by using the idea of exogy, superheat steam were used instead of flue gas, the electricity problem is resolved and coal consumption has been reduced by 20%. Also, diffusion is compared with milling in regard to investment and electricity consumption. And the tendency of adopting diffusion in building new factories and expansion of factories, after the drawbacks of diffusion have been solved, internationally. Multi-stage light pressure extraction (LPE process) and Reveriere process of using dynamic mass transfer and excluding the air in cane slice abroad and China are described. The new technique can reduce 50% investment and 60% electricity, compared with milling process. This could be advantageous for the expansion of middle sized sugar mills and building cane extraction plant for fuel alcohol in China.
