转基因杂交水稻组合农艺性状及其育种利用研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用转sck高代稳定纯系水稻亲本进行杂交配组,并对所获得的组合及C162S-1、C162S-2亲本的农艺性状进行考察。与相应非转基因对照相比,C162S系列组合在株高、剑叶宽、千粒重较多组合出现变异,其余性状则只是有的性状、与个别母本组合出现显著变异,且C162S-1、C162S-22株系所配组合变异规律基本一致,但也存在一定差异;C162S-1、C162S-2除有效穗数、单株粒重无显著变异外,其他指标均发生显著变异;M81S、D62AS系列组合,也只是少数性状且为极少数组合变异显著。 Transgenic hybrid combinations were obtained by using sck transgenic parents, and the agronomic characters of transgenic hybrid combinations and C162S-1 and C162S-2 were studied. Compared with non-transgenic hybrid combinations, many hybrid combinations from C162S had variations in plant height, sword leaf width and 1 000-grain weight, other agronomic characters had some variations in the combinations from few female parents only. There were similar variations in agronomic characters between the combinations from C162S-1 and C162S-2. There were few agronomic characters variations in hybrid combinations from M81S and D62AS, and it were significant in fewer combinations only.
