优良玉米自交系豫自87-1的血缘及其聚类分析 被引量:2

摘要 以自选系豫自87-1、豫自87-3及14个国内常用的代表不同种质类群的优良玉米自交系为材料,从140对SSR引物中筛选出91对能够较清晰反映其多态性的引物,16个自交系中共检测到265个有变异的等位基因,每对引物检测等位基因2~7个,平均2.91个;多态性信息含量(PIC)变化范围是0.187~0.734,平均为0.503,用UPGMA法进行聚类分析.同时按GriffingⅣ交配设计,对所组配的120个杂交组合进行产量、穗长、穗粗等性状调查,并依各组合产量的对照优势值、特殊配合力等对豫自87-1、豫自87-3及其它自交系进行种质类群划分.综合2种方法聚类分析的研究结果表明:自选系豫自87-1、豫自87-3与带有明显热带血缘的自交系P138、许178间的遗传距离最近,聚为一类,从配合力分析和分子水平上证明了豫自87-1、豫自87-3含有部分热带种质成份;2种方法均显示豫自87-1与综3间的遗传距离较远,二者在穗部等重要性状方面呈现明显优势互补. SSR markers have been used to study genetic diversity among 16 elite maize (Zea mays L.) inbreds, which embrace 87-1、87-3 and 14 other inbreds from different heterotic groups. Ninety-one pairs SSR primers selected from all 140 pairs primers gave distinct profiles amplified in the sample of 16 inbred lines. Ninety-one pairs SSR primers produced 265 alleles with variation. The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 2.91 ranging from 2 to 7. The polymorphism information content (PIC) for the SSR loci varied from 0.187 to 0.734 with an average of 0.503, then 16 inbred lines were analyzed by UPGMA. Simultaneously, 120 diallel crosses were composed to investigating their traits, such as yield, ear length and ear diameter using 16 inbred lines by Griffing Ⅳ design. 87-1, 87-3 and the 14 other inbred lines were classified on the base of check heterosis and special combining ability. The cluster analysis based on two kinds of method showed that: the genetic distance between 87-1、87-3 and P138、Xu178, which have distinctly tropic germplasm was closer than that of others and it could be concluded that inbred lines of 87-1、87-3 possess partially tropic germplasm elements; the genetic distance between 87-1 and Zong3 was long in two kinds of cluster analysis chart, and they have complimentary characteristic in many important characters such as ear trait.
