摘要
利用40m2过滤机为基本件，设计制作三维混合匀化室，研制了10m3卧式双锥形粉体混匀机。该机1h可混匀银精矿10t，产品袋间银品位极差，由匀前3．9％降至0．89％，且防止产品飞扬。该机是国家专利产品。
Three dimensions mixing and homogenizing container and 10m3 horizontal double cone powder mixer have been designed and produced with 40 m2 filter as basic parts. The molybdenum concentrate can be homogenized 10 t/h with this mixer. The difference of Mo grade between the bags has been decreased from 3. 9% to 0. 89% after homogenization, and the product rising is stiIl privented. This mixer is the product of country patent.
