豚鼠喉粘膜创伤愈合过程的电镜观察 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步了解喉粘膜创伤后超微结构变化的特点,用微型锉对16只豚鼠喉粘膜造成擦伤模型,主要以透射电镜观察其愈合过程。发现:喉粘膜上皮擦伤缺损的修复始于创缘基底细胞,24小时后再生上皮开始迁延、移行,胞浆内见少量分布的网状和/或窄幅束状张力丝;5日后覆盖创面的幼稚细胞活跃增殖,胞浆内弥漫分布网状和束状张力丝;10日后束状张力丝成密集状,但增殖停止代之分化;21日创面修复上皮分化成熟至正常。再生上皮细胞的增殖能力和分化程度从胞浆内张力丝、半桥粒等的变化中得到反映。为促进喉粘膜创伤愈合,防止并发症提供理论依据。 The ultrastructural changes of wound healing process following abrading of the laryn- geal mucosa with a smooth file in 16 guinea pigs were observed by scanning and transmisson electron microscopies. The results showed that:1.the repair of the laryngeal mucosa epithelial defect wasinitiated from mobilization and migration of residual basal cells in the surrounding tissue onto the de- nuded epithelial surface;2.the regenerated epithelium of migration covered small part of the denuded epithelial surface 24 hours after sustaining the injury;3. five days later,all denuded epithelial sur- face was covered by the regenerated ppithelium;4.differentiation of the regenerated epithelium be- gan 10 days after abrasion,and was completed 21 days after abrasion;5.tonofilaments of distributed the minority,permeation, and concentration were seen in those cells of the regenerated epithelium respectively on the lst,5th and 10th days after abrasion. Particularness of differentiation of the re- generated epithelium was discussed.
