摘要
探讨高压氧(HBO)对小鼠耳廓微循环作用的影响。方法BALB/C小鼠30只,随机分成三组:一组为常压对照组(NP组),另一组为高压空气对照组(HBA组),第三组为高压氧实验组(HBO组)。HBA组和HBO组动物分别给予压缩空气和100%纯氧。从常压至0.25MPa(2.5ATA)的升压过程为10min,在0.25MPa维持恒压60min,经20min降至常压。动物出舱后用微循环图象分析仪对小鼠耳廓微循环进行观察和定量测量。结果HBA组小鼠耳廓徽循环的形态与结构无明显改变。HBO组小鼠耳廓毛细血管分布密度明显增高(P<0.01),微循环单位面积中毛细血管开放数明显增加,细动脉和细静脉的血流速度加快。结论HBO处理能改善微循环的功能,并增强毛细血管内皮细胞和毛细血管周围组织的营养和有氧代谢。
IM Observation of the effect of hyperbaric
oxygen(HBO)on auricle microcirculation in mice with an attempt to verify its action mechanism.
METHODS The changes of auricle microcirculation exposed to HBO(0. 25 MPa) were observed
by means of a computer image analyser. 30 BALB/Cmice weighing 22~25 g were randomly
divided into 3 groups:the normal pressure(NP)group; the hyper-baric air(HBA)group;and the
hyperbaric oxygen(HBO ) group.The animals of HBA and HBO groups were put into the same
hyperbaric chamber and were given air or 100%oxygen respectively.The chamber pressure
was increased from normal to 0.25 MPa(2.5 ATA) in 10 min and the animals were kept at 0.25
MPa for 60 min. The time of decompression was 20 min.Then the animals were tak-en out and
were anaesthetized with 20%ethyl carbamate.The auricle microcirculation was observed and
measured with a microcirculation image analyser.RESULTS The morphology and structure of
the auricle microcirculation in the HBA group had no significant change;but that in the HBO
group showed marke change. The capillary distributed density was increased remarkably after
HBO treat-ment(P<0.01),and the capillary distributed area in a window unit(A3 or A1/A)was also
increased markedly(P<0.01),At the same time, there were increased numbers of capillary in a
microcirculation unit together with an apparently widened diameter of the arteriole and
venule,and the blood flow veloc-ity in them was increased. CONCLUSION HBO treatment could
promote the function of microcircu-lation and thus improve the nutrition and metabolism of
capillary endothelium and its surrounding tis-
