网络色情犯罪主要是指利用互联网络以牟利为目的,制作、复制、贩卖、传播色情信息;或者虽不以牟利为直接目的,传播淫秽信息情节严重的行为;或者引诱、介绍卖淫等犯罪的行为。网络色情犯罪具有区别于其它犯罪案件的特点及形态。治理网络色情犯罪、净化网络环境,是一项长期艰巨的任务,应在积极开展专项打击行动的同时,从多个方面入手,建立和完善长效机制,实现标本兼治的目标。
Sexy crime through Internet mainly refers to the behaviors that aim at interests through Internet by designing, recopying, purchasing or spreading sexy information, behaviors that spread serious sexy information but aim at no interests, or behaviors that tempt or introduce sexy crimes. These crimes differ from other crime cases in their characters and patterns. It's a long and hard task to improve and prevent sexy crimes and purify the surroundings of Internet. We should take effective measures to punish such criminals. At the same time, we should build and perfect long-term system to clear away such crimes.
