警察战术是警察执法的主体与战术类型、样式所构成的执行法律术语,而警察查缉战术、警察缉捕术则是执法战斗行动中具体的专业术语。实际上,警察查缉战术、警察缉捕术与警察战术既有区别又有联系。我们有必要对目前理论界和实务界一些混淆的提法进行讨论,以求警察执法战术名称使用的准确性和规范性。

The description of police tactic action in the law executing includes police tactic, police investigation tactic or police arrest tactic. The police tactic should be taken as the body of police investigation tactic or police arrest tactic. At the same time, the police investigation tactic and police arrest tactic should be taken as the concept of police tactic. We discuss some promiscuous viewpoints in present theory circle and practice circle, in hope that the use of police tactic in the law executing become more exact and canonical.
