中药治疗急性痛风性关节炎48例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 48 Cases of Acute Gouty Arthritis Treated With Chinese Drugs

本文通过对48例急性痛风性关节炎的临床分析,我们认为其病机为:“其本在脾,其标为湿浊”,其治则为:健脾祛湿、泄浊通络,应用基本方治疗,取得了90.2%的满意疗效.

In this report,the authors analyse the pathogenesis of 48 cases of acute gouty arthritis and hold that 'the spleen is Ben (the fundamental),the dampness is Biao (the incidental)',the principle of treatment is to invigorate the spleen, eliminat dampness and activate collaterals. Following this principle,the authors applied the basic prescription for this disease and got a considerable high effective rate of 90.2%.
