Exposition of the Cost of Lawsuits taken by Peasants

“诉讼”是农民寻求法律保护的第一步,而诉讼中成本与收益的比值又是决定诉讼效果的重要因素。现实生活中,农民诉讼门槛的一味降低与司法效率的提高在某种程度上又存在矛盾。本文将以农民诉讼的自身成本和社会成本为突破口,试图通过对农民诉讼成本的探究,找到一条较为行之有效的既保护农民诉讼权利又维护司法效率的解决方法。

Recently, more and more people start to focus on the protection of peasants.' Lawsuit' is the first step when peasants call for protection of law, and the ratio of its cost and profit affects the effect of lawsuit. On the other hand, excessive encouragement of peasants taking lawsuits always has contradictions with the efficiency of judicature. In this case, the authors will try to explore ways solving the contradictions, by analyse the cost taken by themselves and by the society.
