摘要
本文采用以清、解、和、下四法联用而设计的热必宁治疗外感高热急症300例,并与西药对照组112例及单用清热解毒法治疗组64例进行比较。结果治疗组退热时间短(平均为21.92小时),明显优于西药对照组及单用清热解毒法组(平均退热时间分别为36.50小时和38.64小时),经统计学处理,有显著性差异(p<0.01),并且其症状、体征改善迅速。文中还对治法、服药方法及疗效机理等进行了探讨。
This article reports the results of Re Bi Lin in the treatment of hy-perpyrexia caused by exopathy. The therapeutic effect was compared with that of 112 cases treated with Western medicine and 64 cases treated with heat-clearing and detoxifying Chinese drug only. Results showed that Re Bi Lin group needed short time to bring down the fever (average time of 21. 92 h. ),the average time of two control groups were 36. 50 h.and 38. 64 h. respectively. Statistics showed there was significant difference between the treated group and the control group (p<0. 01). The signs and symptoms of the patients in Re Bi Lin group were improved rapidly after treatment. In the paper,(he authors also discussed the therapeutic methods,the ways of administration and the mechanism of therapeutic effect.
