From the result we measured, we can conclude that bitter gourd contains various nutrictive ingredients-protein, sugar, VitaminC, Ca(Calcium), P(phosphorus), Fe(iron), Mg(magnesium) and so on. This article also tells the readers the bitter gourd's edible and medical valcce.
