摘要
目的:探讨社区行为干预对糖尿病防治效果的影响。方法:随机抽取433例糖尿病患者进行社区行为干预,并分析干预的效果。结果:社区干预后患者血糖控制率达44.34%,明显高于干预前;调查对象在按时服药、吸烟、饮酒、食盐摄入量及运动等方面的行为在干预前后有显著差异。结论:进行有效的社区行为干预能够有效控制糖尿病,应在社区卫生服务中心广泛开展行为干预活动,同时应注重双向转诊制度的建立。
Objective:To explore the effect of community behavior intervention on controlling and preventing diabetes.Methods:433 patients with diabetes were selected at random to practice community behavior intervention and the results were analyzed.Results:After intervention, patients blood sugar control rate achieved 44.34%, which was obviously higher than that in pre-intervention. As far as their behavior transfer was concerned, such as taking medicine punctually, smoking,drinking,salt intake and doing exercises, there was a significant difference between pre and post intervention.Conclusion:Performing effective community behavior intervention is a good way to control diabetes, therefore, such activity should be practised frequently in community health service center, at the same time, much attention should be paid to the establishment of two-way referral system.
