对中医综合治疗视网膜色素变性患者眼底荧光血管造影改变的观察

Changes in fluorescein fundus angiography in the patients with retinitls pigmentosa after com-plex treatment of TCM

对３０例视网膜色素变性（ｒｅｔｉｎｉｔｉｓｐｉｇｍｅｎｔｏｓａ，ＲＰ）患者用中医综合治疗前后进行眼底荧光血管造影观测发现：ＲＰ病变过程中存在着眼底微循环异常改变。视网膜动脉细窄，荧光浓度低于正常，动静脉荧光均延缓充盈，甚至充盈缺损。其中动脉前期至动脉期、动脉全部充盈时间、动脉至静脉期、静脉全部充盈时间经治疗前后各均数比较，显示了差异有非常显著性或显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１或０．０５）。结果表明：ＲＰ病变过程中存在微循环障碍。治疗后患者眼底微循环有改善，视力提高，视野扩大，全身症状好转。
