摘要
该文通过对人力资本与人力资源两个概念的理论分析,归纳了各自的特征及其相互联系。并据此提出了人力资本投资与人力资源管理具体职能之间的关系,分析了通过人力资本持续投资对提高企业战略层次的作用。从而,构建了以人力资本理论为理论基础的人力资源管理理论模型,并分析了这个模型对企业制度演进与社会发展的作用。
The paper makes a theoretical analysis of the concepts of human capital and human resource, concludes their characteristics and interrelationship. It expounds the relation between human capital investment and the function of human resource management, the function of constant investment in human capital in enterprise strategic level exaltation. A theoretical model of human resource management on the basis of human capital theories is proposed and its role in improving enterprise system and social development is analyzed.
