Data acquisition system for SLXL―2 Mud Logging Unit, the minia ture data acquisition system, was designed for the needs of development well. Th e paper introduced this system′s structure, performance indexes, circuit design , computer configuration and data acquisition technique based on industrial PC p latform, therefore realizing the accurate acquisition for the signals of drawwor ks, pump stroke, hook load, total hydrocarbon etc.. The wholly miniatured system is suitable for mud logging service in the development wells under the conditio ns of frequent and fast mobilization.
