摘要
传统钻井液密度传感器的校准方法是采用水柱或用标准溶液的方法,存在操作烦琐、校准过程精度不容易控制等缺点。该文从钻井液密度传感器的结构及工作原理入手,介绍一种气体压力校准方法,较好地克服了上述缺点,对于现场录井操作及基地维护人员有指导意义。
The water column or standard solution method is adopted as the calibration method for traditional density sensor of drilling fluid, there exist s drawbacks such as tedious operation, difficult handling for accurate calibrati on. In view of the structure and the working principle of the drilling fluid den sity sensor, the paper introduced a gas pressure calibration method, which can o vercome the above said defects and can guide the well site mud logging operation and base maintenance.
