On the Actualization of Humanistic Quality

本文是通过对人文修养的形式和人文修养过程的分析来建立关于人文修养实践的立论。文章认为,人文修养的表现形式一般有同情心、信仰、道德、知识、能力五种形式,人文修养过程就是从本我到自我到超我一步一步升华的过程,人文修养的实践是人类多层次需要中高级需要的追求和满足的过程。

The actualization of humanistic quality is explored based on an analysis of its manifestation and development.It is held that humanistic quality usually takes 5 forms:sympathy,belief,morals,knowledge and capability,humanistic quality develops and progresses from id up to ego and superego,and is actualized in pursuing and meeting human's higher-level needs in the human needs hierarchy.
