摘要
本文针对武钢热轧厂1700热连轧机组R4轧机主传动系统工作中振动强烈、设备事故频繁的实际问题,在轧机实际生产的条件下,对该轧机主传动系统的齿轮座极其基础的振动信号进行了监测,运用振动诊断法进行了故障诊断,预测了该设备存在的故障问题,并分析了故障产生的主要原因。
This article aims at R4 mill's main transmission system of WISCO 1700mm hot rolling mill.In the Hot Rolling factory the problems of strong vibration and multifarious incidents exsit during its operation.Under the actual condition at operation,the vibration signal of the rolling mill's main transmission system has been supervised.On the basis of these,the rolling mill's key equipments such as angular gear seat have been diagnosed and faults have been predicted by application of vibration testing method.
