水蛭汤防治微血管术后血管危象的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY ON VASCULAR CRISES AFTER MICROVESSEL OPERATION PREVENTED AND TREATED WITH LEECH DECOCTION

为了提高微血管手术的成功率及组织成活率.对用水蛭汤防治微血管术后血管危象的发生进行临床研究,结果表明:中药组断指再植成活率96.2％,血管危象发生率6.3％,对照组则分别为89.1％、19.6％、经统计学处理,有显著性差异。且术后疼痛、肿胀、渗血等指征中药组改善情况明显优于西药组。由此提示水蛭汤防治微血管术后危象的发生有确切疗效,有着西药不可比拟的优越性。

In order to improve the rate of success of micro vessel operation, we studied on vascular crises after micro- vessel operation prevented and treated with leech decoction. The results showed that the rate of success of replantation of severed finger of Chinese medicine group was 96. 2 MM the rate of occurrence of vascular crises was 6. 5%,the cntrol group was 89. \% and 19. 6%, there was significantly difference between two groups, meanwhile,the condition such as pain, edema and oozing of blood in Chinese medicine group got better than that of western medicine group. All these suggested that the cur vive effects of leech decoction prevented and treated vascular crises after micro - vessel operation were positive and reliable > the effects were ?better than that of western medicine.
