With the fast development of technology in the changing age, it’s very important to manage personal knowledge systematically and effectively. This paper discusses some basic concepts and main contents on PKM, and further discusses how to facilitate PKM with advanced information technology tools. This paper ends with the realization of the frame of PKMS.
