摘要
介绍了大型法兰分瓣下料变形及补偿量的控制工艺。经过大量试验测量和数据分析,找出了法兰火焰数控下料的规律性,通过调整数控编程参数实现了法兰下料的精度和变形控制。
The deformation during the fragments CNC cutting of the large flange and the experiment and research on the controlling of the compensation are introduced in this paper. By the abundant experiment survey and data analysis, the regularity of the numerical control cutting of the flange flame can be found, and the precision and deformation can be controlled by adjusting the parameters of the numerical control program.
