摘要
目的探讨HBsAg携带患儿病理过程中血清IL-10、IL-12及IFN-γ的含量变化及意义。方法49例HBsAg携带患儿和30例健康儿童均于清晨空腹采血,以双抗夹心ELISA法检测血清IL-10、IL-12和IFN-γ的含量。结果HBsAg携带患儿血清IL-10、IL-12和IFN-γ的含量均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。HBeAg阳性组患儿血清IL-10和IFN-γ含量较HBeAg阴性组患儿明显升高(P<0.05),而血清IL-12则无明显变化。IL-10与IL-12、IFN-γ的含量呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。IL-12与IFN-γ的含量亦呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论HBsAg携带患儿存在异常的细胞免疫应答,IL-10、IL-12和IFN-γ均参与了其病理生理过程,并且与HBeAg有关。
Objective To investigate the level change and significance of the serum levels of IL-10,IL-12,IFN-γ in children with HBsAg carrier.Methods 49 children with HBsAg carrier and 30 healthy children were blooded without eating in the morning.The serum levels of IL-10,IL-12,IFN-γ of 49 HBsAg carrier were measured by specific-ELISA.Results The serum levels of IL-10,IL-12,IFN-γ in the children with HBsAg carrier were significantly higher than those in the control( P <0.05).The serum levels of IL-10,IFN-γ in HBeAg positive patients were higher than those in HBeAg negative patients ( P <0.05).The serum levels of IL-10 had no obvious change.IL-10 positively correlated with the serum levels of IL-12,IFN-γ( P <0.01),IL-12 positively correlated with the serum levels of IFN-γ( P <0.01).Conclusion There is an abnormal cell-mediated immune response in HBsAg carrier children.IL-10,IL-12 and IFN-γmay play an important role in pathogenesis of children with hepatitis B virus infection and correlate with the HBeAg.
