摘要
采用电解还原方法,以钌-铱-钛合金网和汞为阳、阴极,在无气氛保护的条件下,实现了从重稀土(Tm,Yb,Lu)富集物的硫酸盐溶液中选择性地还原和提取镱。在获得稀土纯度达99.5%的YbSO4的同时,剩余物中的铥、镥也被富集了约3倍。研究中还对不同阳极和阴极材料的性能进行了比较和筛选,考察了体系的还原效率,以及电流、电压的时间响应过程。
Selective electrolysis and purification of Yb(Ⅲ) in Tm-Yb-Lu sulfate solution was studied. Ru-Ir-Ti, Ru-Ir, Pt-Ti alloys nets, and graphite were screened as the positive electrode. Pb-Ca alloy and Hg were compared as the negative electrode. It is shown that the positive electrode, Ru-Ir-Ti alloy net, is superior to others for its lower over-potential of oxygen, and Hg could be served as negative electrode to reduce Yb(Ⅲ) successfully. Furthermore, the parameters of electrolysis process, including reduction rate, voltage, and current, are investigated in detail. The purity of product YbSO4 is higher than 99.5%. Meanwhile, the residue of Tm and Lu is concentrated in 3 times, which is beneficial to the further separation of the mixture of Tm and Lu.
